Delivery options:

  • Pick up at Cutler Parade Council Parking, North Ryde, NSW 2113
  • Free delivery within 5km radius of above address
  • Free shipping for all orders over $69
  • Express post from $12.55 for small prepaid satchels
  • Alternatively, contact us for a different meeting point arrangement

We usually ship on Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid weekends.  We only deliver to addresses within the Australia Post delivery network. Please note that if you live outside of the Australia Post Express Post network it may be difficult for us to deliver the product to you in a timely manner and/or good condition, and we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee.

We accept no liability or responsibility for incorrectly placed orders, or for delivery details which are incorrectly supplied or you fail to supply. We recommend that you send your Ghaura Chocolate to an address where someone will be present to accept it to ensure the quality of your chocolate. Alternatively, we recommend that you nominate a safe, cool location for delivery of your products. You will be responsible for your order from the time we deliver your products to your nominated address. We accept no liability or responsibility for any product once the product has been delivered to you. You understand that we may need to change the date of dispatch from time to time, for example due to inclement weather making delivery difficult, or public holidays. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable if your dispatch date changes for any reason.

New Zealand and International Delivery

Unfortunately, Ghaura Chocolate Australia does not currently orders internationally including to New Zealand. We hope to service New Zealand in the future.

 

Returns Policy

You may return new and unopened or defective item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if you received an incorrect new and unopened or defective item. Please contact us first on sales@ghaurachocolateaustralia.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.  Please also send the photo of the incorrect or defective item before you send them for a return.  If the incorrect or defective item is agreed, a replacement product will be provided, or a full refund.  We will respond with instruction for how to return the item from your order.  We will pay the return delivery cost for the new item to your address.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return delivery network, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the delivery network (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
